Everyone with a tax problem has a different story to tell

Perhaps you received some bad tax advice. Maybe it all started with an audit. Maybe you were too busy keeping your small business running and keeping a roof over your head to magically come up with the money the IRS demanded on April 15th and were never able to get back on track.

For that reason, every tax problem will have its own unique solution that follows a three-stage process.

How long does this process take?

This can vary on a case by case basis. Some tax problems can be solved with one phone call while an offer in compromise may take up two years to be approved. No matter what the case is we strive to speak with our clients at least once a month to keep them informed of where their case stands and we work hard to pressure the IRS to respond to our efforts as soon as possible.

How much will this cost?

We are not the cheapest tax firm in the industry. We charge a fair price for expert representation and exceptional customer service. We would rather have fewer clients if that means we are able to devote the attention and time needed to make sure our clients get their best resolution possible.

What can the IRS do to me if I don't take care of my tax problem?

A lot.  They can garnish your wages.  They can clean out your bank accounts.  They can place liens on your home and/or force you to sell your property.

Can the IRS send me to prison?

Ask Wesley Snipes. Ask Lauryn Hill. Ask Richard Hatch. It’s not common, but it does happen and it is completely avoidable if you seek expert representation now.

How do I get started?
